Do we actually need any excuse to get into the festive spirit? The oblivious answer is a big NO. This month we’ve seen many families and people of all ages celebrate a favourite tradition of ours known as Christmas in July. While many enjoy Christmas in July, it is not without its critics. Is Christmas is July is weird? Some believe that celebrating it cheapens the real Christmas and is even disrespectful to the Christian holiday. Others suggest that it is a highly commercialised event, created by big business as a marketing ploy. Australian Christmas Australian Christmas is usually hot and sticky. Families all around the country still settle down to roasts and puddings but it never feels quite the same as the Christmases we see in the movies. Celebrating the second Christmas in winter seems like the perfect solution to the problem and this year, hundreds of families will be digging out their decorations and putting on their best Santa Clause jumpers ready to celebrate the holiday when it’s nice and cold outside. While talking about Christmas there is a common cycle for every Christmas. Last year, I found a short and cute infographic related to it. It summarises pretty much everything we do in a Christmas celebration. Here I’m sharing the infographic for you: I have something more useful to you. IDEA! Yes, unique gift ideas for Christmas. I’m kind of an infographic freak, so I got most of my weird or smart ideas from them. Here is the one I’m taking about now. Last year it saved me well, maybe it’s your turn this year. My Christmas Inspiration – Pudding! No doubt that the best thing about Christmas, is the food. I don’t know about others but I eagerly wait for Christmas specially because of its yummy dessert range – puddings, cakes, pies etc. Although I see pudding everywhere but Christmas puddings are different specially the plum pudding or traditional Christmas pudding. You can also gift a pudding or Christmas desserts to someone you care about. Great! Isn’t it? If you or your mom isn’t a good backer don’t be upset, now a days there is a lot of online stores that delivers Christmas desserts like cake, traditional Christmas pudding and pies. So to me Christmas is Christmas no matter when you celebrate it, in hot summers or cold winters. Enjoy PUDDINGS!
